Luke Lady reserves the right to issue partial refunds in such cases. Absolutely no used or damaged goods will be accepted. We do not accept returns on items without their tags still attached in the correct locations. Please note we are not able to accept any returns of personalized products unless the product is faulty. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and shipped back to Luke Lady at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, which means if you receive a refund, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund payment.
